Our system uses proprietary algorithms that combine technical indicators, momentum analysis, crossover data, and AI-assisted pattern analysis. Alerts that meet our configured criteria receive a proprietary model score of 60/100 or higher. The model score is not a probability of profit, accuracy, or reliability.

We serve a wide range of traders — Foreshadow is designed for a range of users, from traders who want clear daily market information to experienced active traders who want hourly or 5-minute market monitoring.

Foreshadow combines broad coverage of 520+ stocks, multiple scan frequencies, rules-based technical analysis, and AI-generated market context in one platform. Our goal isn’t to tell you what you must buy or sell, but to give you structured information you can evaluate as part of your own trading process.

Currently, Foreshadow AI focuses exclusively on U.S. equities — Dow 30, Nasdaq-100, and S&P 500 stocks. Crypto coverage may be added later.

Depending on the subscription tier, Foreshadow evaluates covered equities daily, hourly, or as frequently as every five minutes during regular market hours.

Our alerts are designed to be clear and actionable for both beginners and advanced traders, but the final trading decision involves your own personal risk assessment and analysis.

Yes. We currently offer a 7-day free trial. This gives potential members a clear idea of the quality and depth of our analysis. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at the selected plan and billing cycle. Pricing is displayed before checkout.

The Elite plan provides high frequency coverage, with over 40,000 scans per day, real-time AI analyst assistance, and priority Discord access. This level of depth and frequency is built for active traders and professionals who need fast, reliable intelligence.

We do not typically issue refunds after a subscription starts, but if you encounter any issues, our support team will work with you to resolve them.

It varies with market conditions. Some days may trigger more alerts; quieter days may produce fewer alerts. Elite subscribers will receive the most alerts due to the frequency of scans. We value quality over quantity.

Yes. Foreshadow can produce model-generated BUY/SELL/NEUTRAL ratings and market alerts as decision-support information. These are not individualized investment advice, and each subscriber independently decides whether and how to act on the information.

Foreshadow assigns qualifying alerts a proprietary model score. Alerts are currently surfaced at a score of 60/100 or higher. The score reflects how strongly the system’s configured factors align; it is not a percentage probability of profitability, accuracy, or reliability.

Yes. Every BUY/SELL alert is delivered with a model confidence score (≥60%).

NEUTRAL indicates the system sees no strong bias in price action at that moment. It helps you avoid over-trading.

Yes. Financial markets are uncertain and no model can predict outcomes consistently. A model score is a screening and analysis metric, not a guarantee of a particular result.

We evaluate factors including EMAs, SMAs, volume changes, trend and crossover data, AI independent analysis, and proprietary weighted models. Like all market-analysis systems, these methods are subject to uncertainty and market risk.

Our alerts are stock-based, but many traders use them to inform options strategies (calls, puts, spreads). We do not provide options-specific alerts but plan to in the future.

The AI Analyst explains alerts, provides market context, and answers ticker-specific questions for subscribers. Covered stocks can include a proprietary model score and BUY/SELL/NEUTRAL rating. Higher plans use more frequent scan intervals and more recent intraday market data. AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently evaluated before making trading decisions.

No. It only provides analysis. You must place trades through your broker.

It does not make predictions. It interprets technical alerts and explains likely scenarios based on data.

Alerts are delivered through Telegram, with some also occasionally being delivered for free on Discord.
